Our R D team begins by conducting thorough market research, followed by the careful development, testing, and finalization of formulations. This process guarantees that our products are both innovative and crafted from the finest ingredients.

We then source the highest quality raw materials, partnering with trusted suppliers. These materials undergo rigorous inspection and quarantine until approved by our Quality Assurance (QA) team. Once cleared, we perform microbial, chemical, and physical tests on the blended materials to ensure consumer safety and address any potential issues before production begins.

After passing the initial quality checks, we move into the manufacturing phase, where regular in-process quality control (QC) ensures consistency. Before releasing any bulk products, they are quarantined and subjected to further testing to meet our strict standards. Throughout the packing process, products are continually monitored through in-process QC. Finally, stability tests are conducted, and the finished products undergo a final review before being approved for release.

That’s why we’ve taken meaningful steps toward sustainability by installing a 392kW solar power system on our factory roof. This system generates approximately 1500 kWh per day, providing energy for our production needs. By maximizing our use of solar power, we are significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions and contributing to the long-term health of our planet.
